After slightly less than 7 months of writing, Lavie Tidhar and myself have just finished writing our new novel, The Tel Aviv Dossier. This is:
1. Jolly!
2. A considerably shorter period of time than it took us to write our previous novel (2 years).
3. Quite amazing, considering the fact that Lavie and I haven't met even once during this period, as he lives in Laos and I'm hovering over Tel Aviv.
4. A good excuse for both of us to go and have something nice to eat. Really nice
5. All of the above.

In this novel, Tel Aviv sufferes an unnatural apocalypse, after which nothing is left as it was before. It features, among other things, mad firemen, Yeshiva commandos, lethal UFO buffs, sacrificial kites, the IDF and the head of a headless corpse, not necessarily in that order.

The Tel Aviv Dossier will be published by ChiZine publications in 2009.
